ISRAEL FORNES SCHLINKE

I was born in Madrid, Spain in 1972.

I started working in 1991 in a multimedia company called RIDGEWOOD COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, where I had my first Mac, a Quadra 900, system 7. There I did Touch Screen Interactives for REINA SOFIA MUSEUM, REPSOL, SGAE, and Cd-Roms like EL MARAVILLOSO MUNDO DE LA OPERA Y LA ZARZUELA por ALFREDO KRAUS.

In 1996 I became freelance for webs and graphic design but always with a sense of animation and motion design growing on my head.

1998 was my first year on TV. I worked in CANAL C:, a TV channel about new technologies, videogames and music, as an in-house graphic designer for 1 year. There I used MediaIllusion software over Silicon O2.

I left CANAL C: ending 1998 and started working with Alfonso Sostres for one year where I really learned all the basis of TV Design and the concepts I know now.

Later 1999 was the date where I returned as a Freelance Graphic Designer for CANAL C: as Graphical Director of the channel. Every Show, Promo, On-Air Bumpers, etc were made by me.

But in 2001 CANAL C: closed and I decided with two colleagues from the channel to open a Motion Graphics and VFX studio called FREE YOUR MIND.

In FYM I did TV Graphic Design for STREET 13 channel, MTV, Cartoon Network, Universal Studio, Telecinco, Jetix, Title credits and VFX for Film and Adverts.

In 2006 I left FYM and from then I am working a a Freelance for TV, FILM and THEATER.
